Tuverl (“we”, “our”, “us”) values the privacy of every individual who uses our application, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Tuverl Platform”). - You can review and edit your account information at any time.
- Location data is essential to the service — without it we cannot match you with nearby transport.
- You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
- We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, though no system is 100% secure.

4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 Sharing Between Users
Matched Commuters and Drivers can see basic information about each other: name, photo, ratings, and profile details. Drivers see the Commuter’s pick-up location; Commuters see the Driver’s vehicle and real-time location as they approach. Tuverl does not share your actual phone number with other Users without your permission.
4.2 Sharing with Third Parties
We may share your information with third parties in the following circumstances:
- API & Integration Partners — when you connect a third-party service to your Tuverl account;
- Service Providers — who perform services on our behalf (e.g. payment processing, analytics);
- Enterprise Partners — your organisation’s account holder may receive ride details if you charge a ride to a corporate account;
- International Partners — when you use the Tuverl app abroad to find rides via our partner network;
- Insurance Partners — to determine relevant coverage in the event of an incident;
- Legal & Safety Disclosures — when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of the Tuverl community;
- Business Transfers — in connection with a merger, restructuring, or sale of assets;
- With your consent — in any other circumstance where you have agreed to the sharing.
5. Your Choices & Controls
5.1 Email Subscriptions
You can unsubscribe from commercial or promotional emails at any time. We will still send transactional and account-related emails.

You can opt out of push notifications through your device settings. Note that opting out may affect your use of the Tuverl Platform (e.g. ride arrival notifications).
5.3 Location Information
You can prevent your device from sharing location information through your operating system settings. However, Commuter location is core to the Tuverl Platform — without it we cannot provide our services.
5.4 Editing Your Information
You can review and edit account information by logging in to your account settings. To terminate your Tuverl account, email support@tuverl.com. We may retain certain information after account closure to collect fees owed, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
