Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Tuverl provides tools and resources to search and plan travel services, including online travel search tools and any software and systems developed in association with the online travel search (“Tuverl Service”).

1.1 Travel Providers

Tuverl does not sell or provide travel services. Tuverl does not own or control any travel services or products accessible through the Tuverl Service, such as bus and minibus travel (“Travel Offerings”). Travel Offerings are controlled, owned, and provided by third parties (“Travel Providers”), who are solely responsible for their offerings. Each Travel Provider’s own terms and privacy policies govern your use of those offerings.

Interacting with Travel Providers through Tuverl is at your own risk. Tuverl has no responsibility if anything goes wrong with your reservation, during, or after travel. Listing a Travel Provider on the Tuverl Service is not a recommendation, sponsorship, or affiliation.

1.2 Data Accuracy

Tuverl provides data — including pricing, locations, and schedules — obtained from Travel Providers. Tuverl does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this data. Prices and availability vary continuously; additional fees, charges, and/or taxes may apply. Currency conversions shown are for informational purposes only.

1.3 Reservations

A reservation made through the Tuverl Service is made directly with the Travel Provider. Tuverl only facilitates the reservation by providing a user interface. Any issues or disputes relating to your reservation must be directed to and resolved directly with the Travel Provider.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Tuverl Service for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Tuverl Service for any false, fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited purpose under the laws of Zimbabwe.

2.1 Prohibited Activities

Without prior written authorisation from Tuverl, you may not:

• Access the Tuverl Service using any automated process other than for personal use — automated “screen scraping” for any purpose is strictly prohibited;
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent any restrictions or controls on access to the Tuverl Service;
• Deep-link to any portion of the Tuverl website or incorporate any part of the Tuverl Service into another website or application;
• Use software or hardware that interferes with, slows, or places a significant load on the Tuverl Service;
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit the Tuverl Service;
• Post or distribute content that violates any third party’s rights or applicable law;
• Use the Tuverl Service to collect or store personal information about others;
• Use the Tuverl Service for any commercial purpose without express written permission from Tuverl;
• Transmit any advertising or promotional content without authorisation.

2.2 Suspension & Termination

Tuverl may, at its sole discretion and at any time without advance notice, suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to all or any section of the Tuverl Service. Any use by travel agents, resellers, or travel search services for purposes other than completing a personal reservation is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

Tuverl, our affiliates, providers, vendors (“Third Parties”), and other licensors own all rights to the Tuverl Service, including all text, images, software, service marks, trademarks, and other content (“IP”). You agree not to copy, transmit, or create derivative works of any IP except for personal, non-commercial use on your own device.

The Tuverl name, logo, Tuverl.com, Tuverl Search, and associated marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Tuverl Inc. Accessing the Tuverl Service does not grant you any licence or right to use any marks or content contained therein.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Tuverl Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Tuverl Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tuverl Service is provided “AS-IS” without warranty of any kind. Tuverl expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of quality, completeness, accuracy, availability, security, or fitness for a particular purpose. Tuverl does not guarantee the information it displays, including:

• Schedules, times, durations, and route information;
• Prices and availability of Travel Offerings;
• Travel Provider information, descriptions, or ratings;
• Any information provided through Tuverl customer service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuverl Inc and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and Third Parties exclude all responsibility and liability for any and all damages, including:

• Any injury, death, loss, claim, accident, delay, or act of God;
• Any direct, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits or savings;
• Any damages from failure, inaccessibility, interruption, or non-performance by Tuverl or any Travel Provider, vendor, or affiliate.

These limitations may not apply in jurisdictions that do not permit such exclusions.

6.1 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tuverl, all Third Parties, and each of our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, expense, or demand — including reasonable legal and accounting fees — arising out of your use of the Tuverl Service, your access to the IP, or your breach of these Terms.

7. Third Party Content & Services

The Tuverl Service offers links and content provided by Third Parties. This does not constitute sponsorship or recommendation. Tuverl is not responsible for Third Party content accuracy or quality, and any dealings with Third Parties are at your own risk.

The Tuverl Service may contain links to third-party websites not controlled or endorsed by Tuverl. Each website is governed by its own terms and privacy policies.

7.1 Multi-Leg Itineraries

The Tuverl Service may offer multi-legged itineraries requiring reservations with two or more Travel Providers. Each ticket is governed by the associated Travel Provider’s terms. Please ensure all tickets are available before proceeding — changes or cancellations to one ticket do not affect others.

7.2 Google Services

Some Tuverl features integrate Google services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1 Modifications

Tuverl may modify these Terms at any time and will post notice through the Tuverl Service. Your continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance. If you object, your only recourse is to stop using the Tuverl Service.

8.2 Waiver & Severability

Failure to enforce any breach does not waive our right to act on similar future breaches. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted, and all other provisions stay valid and in full force.

8.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any legal action must be filed in the courts of Zimbabwe. The prevailing party is entitled to recover all reasonable legal expenses and attorney fees.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tuverl regarding your use of the Tuverl Service and supersede all prior understandings.
